‘Everything at your fingertips’ is a promise many software providers make to businesses about their data. As the number of available apps multiplies, integrations provide necessary and valuable access to important client and business information across systems. AccountKit are making good on this promise to their accounting clients through their latest integration with SuiteFiles.
Through this SuiteFiles integration, AccountKit can:
- Link source documents to entities, plus correspondence register, important document register, and mail register entries
- Map clients to default folders in SuiteFiles, allowing for automatic saving when you drag and drop files to upload
- Link source documents through other tools, like the equipment finance tool (Coming Soon)
Paul Murray, Co-Founder of AccountKit, saw the benefits of giving accountants easier access to their files. “People asked us if AccountKit was a document management system, but it only tracks the status of documents. A lot of people said it would be helpful if we could actually see those documents, which I absolutely agreed with.”
“This integration gives us access to source documents directly from within a CRM without having to drill through multiple layers of directory structure to find information. This ability – to not only find documents quickly, but to give staff access to them from one source – is hugely beneficial to practices who, by the very nature of the work we do, handle a lot of files. Or, if I’m on a phone call with a client, if someone else is reading my file notes, they can refer back to the documents I might be talking about.”
For accountants who want a transparent view of their files across systems, AccountKit’s integration with SuiteFiles offers a new level of efficiency and convenience.
