We’d been operating our document management and corporate compliance through MYOB but found the software to be a bit cumbersome to work with.

Saving documents was a hassle and not as streamlined as we’d hoped. Running corporate compliance was more complicated than it needed to be as we weren’t always confident that the files we required would be saved to our folders.  

Additionally, we didn’t have a signing solution which meant our signing processes took weeks to turn around.

SuiteFiles has streamlined our document and email saving, giving us the assurance that all of our files are accounted for within our document management system. If someone’s away or is working from home, we know that all relevant files will be accessible to our team. 

Before SuiteFiles we didn’t have the ability to send documents for signing, so it’s great to send company statements and tax returns out digitally without needing an extra app. Once documents are sent out, we can track them and see where everything’s at, following up with reminders if signees haven’t gotten back to us. As a result, we’re getting documents back almost 2 weeks quicker and have more time to put back into the business.  

SuiteFiles integrates with our corporate compliance software BGL CAS 360 and takes away the extra step of downloading and saving CAS 360 files into our client folders. Being an ASIC agent and managing clients’ corporate compliance, we need a paper trail of everything, including every document we’ve created and signed. Having all of our documents automatically filed removes the stress of making sure they’ve been saved and are visible to the team.

Being able to work between SuiteFiles, CAS 360 and Xero has probably halved our workweek – it’s just efficient software that makes your life easier. No matter which app we’re using, we know that our data is correct. If I had to list my 3 key benefits, I’d say SuiteFiles provides efficiency, accuracy, and security.
