For a while now we’ve had CRM integration with WorkflowMAX and the Xero Practice Studio. This allows users of SuiteFiles to create new documents from templates and pre-populate them with customer information.
Today we’re adding another CRM to our list – Microsoft Dynamics Online. So, all you dynamics users out there who want a great cloud based file management system should be using SuiteFiles and taking advantage of this great feature.
We use it ourselves. All of our standard documents are set up so that we can pull data out of Dynamics and have them automagically populated – it’s fast and we don’t need to think about it.
Want to get started? Head over to our SuiteFiles management portal (https://manage.thefullsuite.com), then login using your SuiteFiles URL and Office 365 username and password to get connected.

2) Enter SuiteFiles URL plus your Office 365 username and password
