For the past year and a bit our subscription plans haven’t changed but what we do has – considerably. So we’ve updated our plans to reflect this. Full details can be found on our pricing page.
The main driver for this evolution has been the development of SuiteMail. This new app really increases the productivity of your staff and is essentially a mini SuiteFiles for Outlook 2013. So, from now on all of our customers are on the Suite Starter Pack. For them nothing changes. They still get everything that they always had with SuiteFiles, SuiteReader and email based support for these apps.
However, we have added two new plans:
The Full Suite
This plan gives you everything in the Suite Starter Pack PLUS the SuiteMail app. As SuiteMail is still a couple of weeks away from launching we’re not selling this plan just yet. Rest assured we’ll be letting everyone know when it is available.
The Full Suite Pro
This is the Rolls Royce plan as it not only includes everything in The Full Suite plan but also provides email based Office 365 support for your account. Please note, the support provided in the other two plans is for the SuiteFiles, SuiteReader and SuiteMail apps only. They don’t include Office 365 support – things like creating new accounts, password resets, issues with your email, Lync or desktop Office.
There are also a bunch of other features that we’re looking at bundling into this Pro plan – watch out for these .
