Suite is here and in business. But what is Suite I hear you ask?
Suite is one of Microsoft’s leading cloud services providers. We take small / medium businesses to the cloud. We get them off their costly internal server hardware and migrate them to the cloud. The cloud platform we use and trust is Microsoft’s Office 365.
Office 365 is Great
It provides businesses with:
Access to your email and calendar from anywhere on any device connected to the internet. Each user gets a whopping 25GB mailbox.
Document management and collaboration providing online access to all of your important business documents. This is so much more than straight document storage. Work on documents collaboratively, keep detailed version histories, set alerts to know when documents have been changed or setup workflow processes to automate document approval.
Web conferencing and instant messaging, multiparty voice and video calls, see the presence of your colleagues, collaborate with clients, give live presentations and record them for future reference.
Microsoft Office licensing for your desktop (and each licensed user can install it on 5 different computers). Office now integrates with Microsoft’s cloud solutions so you get to use the tools you know plus the benefits of the cloud without even knowing you’re doing it. And if your computing device doesn’t have Office you can use the browser version – Office Web Apps.
