Meet the Speakers

Dan McMahon is the Founder and Managing Partner of Integrated Growth Advisors. His career includes over 25 years in Chicago and New England as a CPA and business advisor with focused experience on serving the corporate governance and business owner needs of a variety of industries as well as governance and operational aspects of professional services firms. Prior to founding IGA, Dan served as an Audit Partner and the Partner-in-Charge of Sales and Marketing for a $30 million revenue regional public accounting firm based in New England, where he also specialized in governance and controls.

Dan advises clients on corporate governance, business asset sustainability, generational transferability, and building increased equity valuation. Dan also provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to business owners from both the buy-side and sell-side perspectives.

Dan is a graduate of DePaul University’s College of Commerce where he received a bachelor’s degree in accountancy.

 

Robin Ann Bienemann has served business owners for over 35 years with the objective to increase value and transition ownership to new owners or generations.

Robin brings extensive management experience to her work having served as an executive and entrepreneur for companies with revenues from $1M to $20B in a wide variety of manufacturing and services industries.

Robin’s focus at IGA is to work with multiple owner businesses to bring her “outside the box thinking” approach to help business owners grow and thrive while in pursuit of their goals. She also builds value-added programs for IGA and IGA clients as the IGA Director of Programming.

Robin serves as the Entrepreneur in Residence at University of Connecticut where she is rebuilding the University’s Family Business Program. She received her bachelor’s degree from Springfield College and her masters as a Sloan Fellow at MIT.
